This service is for consultation and treatment management only, medication cost is paid to the patients pharmacy of choice out of pocket.
Patients may choose Zepbound Vials (4 Vials) if utilizing LillyDirect Preferred Pharmacy or Pre-Filled Pens (4 pens) if using a local chain pharmacy, our providers will determine the best dosage based on consultation and intake information as well as establish an ongoing titration. Follow ups come with a 10% discount for ongoing care and oversight.
