TB-500 Injury Repair Peptide 15mg/5ml Thymosin Beta 4, TB-500 or Timbetasin is a synthetic version of a naturally occurring 43-amino acid peptide present in nearly all human and animal cells studied. Thymosin B-4 is known to stimulate myoblasts and myocytes (muscle generating cells). Mitochondrial RNA levels of TB- 500 have been shown to increase following muscle injury, helping to regenerate muscle fibers and address inflammation in the injured location. The data support muscle injury causing increased local production of TB-500, promoting migration of incoming myoblasts to accelerate skeletal muscle regeneration.
TB500 Thymosin Beta-4 is commonly used to repair tendons, ligaments, muscles, ulcers, & organ damage. Commonly prescribed with anti-inflammatories. The current research suggests Bepecin influences multiple growth factors commonly involved in angiogenesis (production of blood vessels, platelets) as well as other factors involved in regeneration following damage. It is commonly used by athletes to heal faster following an injury. Our first hand experience with this peptide has been daily good, showing 50-100% faster healing after injury. The current research has only been studied on rat populations, and much more is necessary to determine the exact methods of action pertaining to this peptide. Timbetasin may serve as a novel mediator of Robert’s cytoprotection, involved in maintaining of GI mucosa integrity, with no toxic effect. Tb-500 was successful in the therapy of GI tract, periodontitis, liver and pancreas lesions, and in the healing of various tissues and wounds.
Typical Administration: 20-30 units (500-750mcg) Subcutaneously once per day close to injury site
