Terms of Deposit: This booking deposit confirms your recently booked appointment made with Dr. Jenn. This deposit is fully refundable if you contact us by phone during business hours to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment, are more than 15 minutes late, or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment this deposit is non-refundable. Upon completion of your in person appointment, this deposit will be refunded, or subtracted from your consultation/service receipt during checkout. At MedClub, we take quality time with each patient, due to this approach we see very few patients each day compared to most clinics. Dr. Jenn’s time is valuable and in high demand. If you have previously missed a confirmed appointment with Dr. Jenn this deposit will be applied as a “Missed Appointment Fee” on your upcoming appointment.
