At Medclub we have created our Tirzepatide 20mg weight loss program for patients who want an effective weight loss option, as well as patients resistant to Semaglutide. Our program helps obese patients receive the help they need while brand name manufacturers struggle with medication shortages. Our Tirzepatide program utilizes a compounded substitution made by 3rd party compounding pharmacists that are licensed under section 503A, dosage, potency, & volume may vary. Tirzepatide has less reported side effects, and typically works slightly faster than semaglutide due to the differences in chemical structure. Both medications are GLP-1 agonists but Tirzepatide is also a GIP agonist. Patients may observe a lower A1C with consistent appetite suppression, and consistent weight loss with prolonged administration when paired with proper diet & exercise.
Tirzepatide is a once-weekly subcutaneous injectable peptide (approved by the Food and Drug Administration [FDA] for type 2 diabetes) engineered from the native GIP sequence, with agonist activity at both the GIP and GLP-1 receptors.
