The Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health  Information (“Privacy Rule”) establishes, for the first time, a set of  national standards for the protection of certain health information. 

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”) issued  the Privacy Rule to implement the requirement of the Health  Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”).1  The Privacy Rule standards address the use and disclosure of  individuals’ health information—called “protected health  information” by organizations subject to the Privacy Rule — called  “covered entities,” as well as standards for individuals’ privacy  rights to understand and control how their health information is  used. Within HHS, the Office for Civil Rights (“OCR”) has  responsibility for implementing and enforcing the Privacy Rule with  respect to voluntary compliance activities and civil money  penalties. MedClub by Dr. Jenn LLC reserves the right to store  personal information pertaining to telemedicine services, online  orders, online communications, pharmacy order information, and  accounting/financial information. MedClub® does not sell any data  to any third parties.

Shipping & Return Policy 

Shipping options are provided during the checkout process, most  items ship via UPS 2 Day Shipping or USPS priority Shipping. Some  items must be shipped via a Fedex Overnight Cold Pak Mailer if they  are to be kept refrigerated. If you live in an address deemed  undeliverable you will receive a full refund minus the processing fee  of $9.99.

If your address requires special shipping or handling by one of our  vendors we will contact you directly with additional information or  to collect the shipping difference. 

No Returns are accepted for compounded products from our  telemedicine program, all sales are final. 

Replacement orders are available only for lost or damaged items via the shipping courier. Please contact us for information regarding  replacement directly to obtain the correct routing pharmacy. For  supplement orders damaged or open products may be returned  after a case has been opened with our respective vendor Fullscript®

AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding  agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”)  and MedClub LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the  Telehealth.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile  website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto  (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read,  understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do  not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly  prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.  Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site  from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We  reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these  Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any  changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and  you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your  responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed  of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of  and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your  continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are  posted. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS We may  provide you areas on the Site to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review,  you must comply with the following criteria: (1) you should have firsthand  experience with the person/entity being reviewed. (2) your reviews should not  contain offensive profanity, or abusive, racist, offensive, or hate language. (3) your  reviews should not contain discriminatory references based on religion, race,  gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability. (4)  your reviews should not contain references to illegal activity. (5) you should not be  affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews. (8) you may not organize a campaign encouraging others  to post reviews, whether positive or negative. We may accept, reject, or remove  reviews in our sole discretion. If we terminate or  suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and  creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of  any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.
